Co-generated data
Data produced through interactions among multiple parties or systems.
Definition
Data that are produced as a result of interactions between multiple parties, users, devices, or systems (e.g., outputs or logs generated during joint use of a platform), where provenance and multi-party contributions affect rights and obligations. The Guidelines treat co-generated data as a distinct contractual object requiring negotiated allocation of usage, ownership-like rights, and handling rules.
