Definition
The national body charged by law with authorising access to and supervising use of the Galileo PRS, as referenced in Article 84 of Law 4961/2022 and amended by Article 125 of Law 5039/2023. Law 5039/2023 places this competent PRS authority within the National Cybersecurity Authority (General Secretariat for Telecommunications and Posts) and assigns it responsibilities including issuing authorisations, coordinating cybersecurity conformity checks, and cooperating operationally with the Ministry of National Defence.
