An image or video created or altered through digitization that would appear to a reasonable person to depict an identifiable person's intimate body part or that person engaged in explicit sexual conduct (e.g., sexual intercourse, sodomy, oral copulation, sexual penetration, or masturbation). Covered material is the statutory category of content whose posting without consent constitutes sexually explicit digital identity theft and obligates platform action.
