Sexually explicit digital identity theft

A covered posting on a social media platform of an image or video created or altered through digitization that would appear to a reasonable person to depict an identifiable person's intimate body part or that person engaged in explicit sexual conduct, where the reporting person is the individual depicted and did not consent to the use of their likeness. The term targets non‑consensual AI/deepfake sexual content and is the trigger for platform reporting and removal obligations under the statute.
