Data concerning a natural person (Personal data)

Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, whether directly or indirectly, including identifiers or factors specific to physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. The Act treats such information as personal data subject to processing rules and data subject rights.
