Organisations or operators that put AI systems into operational use, integrating models into products or services and operating them in real-world contexts. The interim response treats deployers as accountable parties for deployment, monitoring, incident reporting and remediation actions.
Organisations or individuals responsible for deploying AI systems into production or public use, including implementing governance controls, maintaining required documentation, conducting risk assessments, and participating in incident reporting mechanisms as outlined in the Guidelines.
