Digital Blueprint

The Digital Blueprint is the EDN's designated monitoring platform that aggregates KPIs and initiative progress, publishes indicators and periodic reports, and supports oversight by initiative leads and the Council for the Transition to Digital and Modernization. It is the instrument for transparency, progress tracking and enabling corrective action under the EDN's governance model.

The Digital Blueprint is the planned central repository and monitoring platform to aggregate KPIs, project dashboards, financial tracking and public data for continuous monitoring and transparency of EDN implementation, feeding reports to oversight bodies and enabling data‑driven adjustments.
