Organisations (typically public-private) that facilitate uptake of advanced digital technologies by SMEs and public sector entities by offering access to testing, finance, expertise, and training, and by acting as regional focal points for piloting and scaling AI solutions.
A networked organisational entity that provides technical assistance, testing, business support and access to finance for SMEs and public actors to adopt AI and other digital technologies; DIHs are named as primary implementation partners and conduits for voucher schemes, pilots and competence building.
