electronic identification means

Means enabling electronic identification and authentication.

Definition

A legally recognised tool or mechanism that enables electronic identification and authentication of a person (for example the ALICEM solution tied to cryptographic keys and device identifiers), used to establish identity assertions for access to teleservices under the Decree.
