Definition

A contemplated federal statute (Ley General en materia de Uso de Inteligencia Artificial) to be enacted pursuant to the constitutional amendment, which will set out detailed obligations, governance structures, risk classifications, conformity assessment procedures, and enforcement mechanisms for AI across public and private sectors.
