Aligning secondary laws with the constitutional reform.

Definition

The process by which Congress and relevant authorities adapt or amend existing secondary legislation (e.g., telecommunications, data protection, health, procurement, labor) to ensure consistency with the constitutional amendment and the forthcoming General Law on AI, avoiding overlaps and clarifying competencies among regulators.
