Image, video, audio, multimedia, or text content that is substantially created or modified by generative artificial intelligence such that the use of generative AI alters the meaning or significance that a reasonable person would take away from the content; excludes minimal edits, adjustments, or enhancements that do not materially alter meaning.

Any text, image, audio, video, or multimedia material created, modified, or manipulated using artificial intelligence, machine learning algorithms, or automated systems, including chatbots, automated reply systems, synthetic voice generators, and image manipulation tools.
