AI systems with significant potential to harm rights or safety.

Definition

AI systems identified through risk mapping as having substantial potential to affect fundamental rights, safety, fairness or socio-economic outcomes; such systems are subject to enhanced requirements (e.g., impact assessments, documentation standards, technical evaluation and auditing) under the Policy's risk-based approach.
