Attributes or predictions about a person derived by AI.

Definition

Outputs or inferences generated by AI (including predicted or derived attributes such as health, political views, or other sensitive characteristics) which the Guide treats as potentially constituting personal data when they relate to an identified or identifiable natural person, and thus subject to data protection rules.
