Tunisia's independent data protection authority.
Definition
The independent national authority established by the Act to oversee protection of personal data, receive declarations, examine authorization requests, handle complaints, issue guidance and impose administrative measures. The INPDP is empowered to monitor compliance, publish guidance and engage in international cooperation on data protection matters.
