Judicial pre‑authorisation required before deploying RBI in public spaces.

Definition

For deployment of real‑time RBI in public spaces (and certain post‑RBI contexts), the Notice requires an ex‑ante application and prior authorisation by a Magistrate as a legal precondition to lawful use, creating a judicial oversight check in addition to notification and IDPC market‑surveillance controls.
