Definition
Campaign media (audio, video, images, or text) that contains false statements or fabricated/synthesized elements that are likely to mislead a reasonable viewer about facts material to voting decisions; the Act treats knowingly distributing such media with intent to alter voting behavior within 90 days of an election as a punishable offense.
