Process of improving AI systems using data.
Definition
The process by which AI models are improved or updated using input data, which may include data provided by users for training purposes; HB 1876 treats rights in resulting trained models as subject to the statute's ownership rules. The law requires that data used for training be legally obtained for ownership claims to arise.
