Definition
A strategic-level governance body established by the Presidential Circular, chaired by a Vice President and composed of the Presidency Digital Transformation Office, the Ministry of Industry and Technology and other core members; mandated to meet regularly, coordinate ministries and agencies, oversee implementation of the Strategy, authorize technical working groups and review progress against KPIs.
