Definition
A newly established specialist investigative agency created by the Amendment to conduct digital forensics and cybercrime investigations, to replace or absorb certain functions of existing cybercrime units, and to be staffed and governed under transitional provisions (including the Civil Servants Act) until dedicated rules are issued.
