Definition
A proposed multi‑stakeholder observatory and public platform to register federal AI projects, compile adoption metrics, host analytics and produce impact assessments. OBIA is intended to centralize monitoring, enable transparency, support independent evaluation, and provide dashboards and indicators for oversight and policy adjustment.
