Definition
An institutional body created within the National Executive to provide permanent, updated public information to guide the design, implementation and management of public policies on AI; tasked with analysis, research, monitoring, outreach, coordination, publishing systematic and comparable information (including an annual report), convening stakeholders, and advising the Authority of Application. The law specifies its composition (executive, legislative, provincial and university representatives), ad honorem service, and election of a Director for a two‑year term.
