AI-generated or synthesized voice resembling a person.
Definition
Any synthesized, cloned, or otherwise artificially generated vocal rendering that is readily identifiable as, and attributable to, a particular individual; such simulated voices are treated as protected under the Act when identification and attribution to the individual are possible.
