Under the ELVIS Act, "Voice" is defined as a sound in any medium that is readily identifiable and attributable to a specific individual, encompassing both their actual vocalizations and any artificial intelligence-generated simulations designed to mimic their voice. This broad definition ensures protection against unauthorized AI voice cloning.
