Definition
A Thematic Innovation Council (TIV) is a sector-specific advisory/operational group charged with conducting the EDP for its theme, engaging stakeholders, co-designing intervention packages and advising on programme calls and evaluation metrics relevant to that thematic priority. TIVs act as the operational link between national strategy and sector-level implementation.
