Definition
A Thematic Priority (TPP) is one of the strategy's seven sectoral focus areas (e.g., Digital products and platforms) identified as having the highest potential for competitive growth; projects must align with a TPP to be eligible for S3-targeted funding. TPPs guide targeting of resources, intervention design and impact measurement across the programme.
