Working groups

Multidisciplinary teams formed by the Committee from identified agents and external contributors (technical, operational, systems, academia, private sector) tasked with prototyping solutions, defining data inputs/outputs, designing validation approaches and producing technical recommendations and pilot proposals.

Time‑limited, issue‑or sector‑specific groups coordinated within the Committee, composed to ensure balanced representation across the four functional areas, set up to address targeted problems or projects and reporting to the Director Council or specialist councils as required.

Time-limited or task-based cross-ministry teams formed to deliver operational outputs (legal, technical interoperability, data governance, cybersecurity, skills, procurement, etc.); they produce technical proposals and time-bound deliverables that feed into MIRRI's consolidated plans and the Government Council's oversight.
