Definition
The group of services listed in Article 13A—electronic signature, electronic seal, time-stamping, registered electronic delivery, website authentication, preservation of signatures/seals, digital identity services, and other certificate services—designed to provide authenticity, integrity, and non-repudiation in electronic transactions; these services are placed within a regulatory framework for recognition and technical standards under the Act.
