Licensed organisations authorised to perform compliance audits and filings.
Definition
Organisations licensed by the NDPC to provide compliance support services, including conducting audits, preparing and submitting Compliance Audit Returns (CAR), and assisting controllers/processors to meet GAID obligations. DPCOs are registered with the Commission and subject to oversight and scheduling requirements set out in the directive.
