Definition
An umbrella category used by the initiative to encompass technologies with cross‑sectoral impacts, explicitly citing artificial intelligence, quantum computing, blockchain, advanced biotechnology, robotics and extended realities (AR/VR). The term is introduced to signal that the forthcoming General Law will govern this broad class of technologies in a harmonized manner across sectors.
