Funds refers to the financial resources mobilised, held and disbursed by the agency for programme delivery, including externally funded projects and grant programmes; the Act authorises the Board to adopt Fund Operation & Management Rules governing mobilisation, accounting, budgeting, procurement and independent audit of these funds.
