Definition
An artificial intelligence system that, by reason of its purpose, intended context of use, or potential effects, may cause physical, psychological, economic or collective harm or produce biased output with serious consequences; such systems are identified in subordinate regulations and are subject to enhanced obligations (risk assessments, mitigation, monitoring, reporting and conformity requirements).
