AI systems posing significant risk to people or society.

Definition

An AI system that, by statute or regulation, is identified as likely to cause serious harms to individuals, groups, infrastructure, or public safety; designation triggers enhanced obligations (risk assessments, mitigation, documentation, monitoring, and transparency) under AIDA.
