Definition
A closed list of prohibited conduct including: (a) deliberate, deceptive manipulation of audiovisual content to harm or mislead decision‑making (deepfakes); (b) non‑selective extraction/exploitation of facial or remote biometric identification data from internet/CCTV sources; (c) dissemination of confidential or unlawfully obtained information/media; and (d) presenting AI‑generated works as human‑authored to obtain registration or commercial advantage while concealing sources or rights violations.
