Uses of AI expressly forbidden under the Regulation, including deceptive manipulation, lethal autonomous systems, mass surveillance without legal basis, sensitive attribute inference and real‑time biometric identification in public spaces except for narrowly defined exceptions; these uses are barred and may trigger enforcement actions under applicable regimes.
