Definition
An expanded statutory concept covering a wide, non‑exhaustive range of digital technologies and their associated products, solutions and services as enumerated or referenced in the Act (notably the First Schedule). The definition is intended to capture contemporary and evolving technologies within the MDIA’s remit for recognition, conformity assessment and oversight.
