Services relating to innovative technology arrangements, including provision, operation, maintenance, auditing, or administration of DLT platforms and smart contract systems; the Act treats these services as distinct objects for oversight and possible recognition or authorisation by the MDIA. Recognised service providers must meet MDIA-prescribed technical, governance and security requirements.
