Authorities designated under the Act (notably Digitaliseringsstyrelsen, Datatilsynet and Domstolsstyrelsen) charged with monitoring compliance with the EU AI Regulation in Denmark; they may inspect, request information, perform technical examinations, issue remedial orders, impose temporary bans, require recalls/withdrawals and publish enforcement decisions, while cooperating with sectoral regulators and preserving functional independence.
