Definition
A proposed centralized national research hub to convene academia, industry and government research projects, provide technical guidance on standards and testing, and strengthen domestic R&D capacity for AI. NAISR 1.0 positions N-CAIR as a focal institution for coordinating public‑private research and centers of excellence.
