Definition
A temporal electoral-law window defined by cross-reference to electoral legislation: the 120 days prior to election day up to and including election day, with specific rules applied where elections are re-run or an assembly is dissolved. The prohibition on discrediting deepfakes applies when acts occur in this period or on election day.
