The Program established by Resolución 90/2021 within the Dirección Nacional de Gestión del Conocimiento to support the Consejo Económico y Social in coordinating actors, launching calls, designing training and research projects, and fostering national talent and technological autonomy in AI.
An internal, transversal institutional structure within the Ministerio Público Fiscal charged with designing AI strategy, issuing technical and ethical standards, evaluating project proposals, implementing monitoring and training, and coordinating inter‑secretariat and external cooperation. It is not an independent regulator but operates under the authority of the Procuración General to manage AI lifecycle, procurement protocols, and oversight within the MPF.
