Definition
The collection of assets made available through the NAIRR, explicitly including on-premises, cloud, and hybrid computational resources, curated data repositories and interoperable datasets, open-source software environments, model APIs, testbeds and evaluation tools, educational and workforce-development materials, and user support services, subject to eligibility and access policies set by the program.
