Definition
Federal agencies, academic centers, cloud and model vendors, and nonprofit organizations that contribute in-kind resources (compute, datasets, models, software, or services) to the NAIRR pilot and operate under standardized contributor agreements that define responsibilities, interoperability expectations, and acceptable use restrictions.
