A Systems Auditor is a registered auditor authorised to perform conformity, security and robustness assessments of ITAs against MDIA control objectives, produce audit findings, and contribute to the certification decision and post-certification monitoring processes.
An auditor registered and/or accredited by the Malta Digital Innovation Authority to assess AI systems against the Ethical AI Framework and certification criteria, perform audits, and advise on remediation, with procedures for appeals and enforcement actions linked to the certification programme.
