European governance body established under the AI Act.
Definition
The European Artificial Intelligence Board established under Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (the AI Act); it brings together Member State representatives, the European AI Office (Secretariat) and observers to coordinate national competent authorities, advise the Commission on delegated and implementing acts, and harmonise enforcement and market surveillance.
